My passion is gut health & weight loss. I also specialise in children’s health. Why? Because for the past 20 years this has been my own journey. I haven’t always been healthy. I wasn’t unhealthy either. There was nothing medically wrong with me. I just felt yuk! I began to think feeling yuk was normal. I thought body aches were normal. I thought eczema was normal. I had suffered poor health from a young age.
It wasn’t until I was a teenager, I was asked about my bowel movements for the first time. She asked what they were like. I said normal. What is normal? My normal is not your normal. Although I was cringing talking about this subject. I was so curious. Something lit up inside of me. (By the way, if you’re not having a bowel movement 1-3 times a day. That’s not normal.)
I went on to University where I obtained a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine. Quenching my thirst for knowledge of how the body is designed to heal itself naturally! It does this through good food, and a few other basics that are provided free by Mother Earth.
